NCCTK Small Groups focus on building relationships. To be a Small Group Leader you just need to care for people and make them feel welcome! It really is that simple. We aren’t looking for Bible Scholars and you don’t even have to be an extrovert. If you are willing to open your home to people once a week and be vulnerable with them, YOU CAN LEAD.
