host growing Friendships
NCCTK Small Groups focus on building Jesus-centered friendships. To be a Small Group Host, you just need to care for people and make them feel welcome! It’s that simple. We aren’t looking for Bible Scholars, and you don’t even have to be an extrovert. If you are willing to open your home to people once a week and talk with them, YOU CAN BE A HOST.

Small Groups are all about building friendships and being real with one another. The best place to do that is right where you live—your home doesn’t have to be perfect. Real life means dishes in the sink and kids underfoot.

Good news - you don't Host alone! The NCCTK Staff is here and ready to help you and your group with practical resources, prayer, counsel, and more! Click HERE to see some of the SG Resources available.
-
Many Small Groups find it easier to relax and connect over "sips and snacks." For some groups, that means water and coffee, while others have a weekly potluck! The SG Host asks as an organizer but not the sole provider. Talk it over as a group and decide what works for you!

When our SGs take attendance, the NCCTK Staff can better support every individual. Through attendance, we hear about the sick, those needing prayer, or someone who's fallen off the radar. We track every person because we care.
